Ethics and Leadership
What are ethics? How are ethics relevant to leaders?
If ethics are standards of behaviour, does it matter whether or not they are aligned with our own values? the company values? What difference would this make to our authenticity as a leader?
Do ethics impact the 'bottom line' – however you measure it?
What difference does it make in the public sector? What about the private sector? ( Recent examples might be banking and news of the world. )
Who is responsible for raising ethics?
How are ethics sustainable?
These are some of the questions Karen Carlton will be exploring on Thursday 9th Feb. Intrigued? Why not take part in the conversation? BOOK HERE
